Description

Reported on the Southlake, Texas Police and Fire Twitter account, a monolith with the street's speed limit appeared outside the Police Department.

Notes
On the report, the police admits that they do not know the origin of the Monolith. Typically, this should be Q-Class Monolith. It is on police land, has the speed limit on it, and was initially reported by the police on their public PR twitter account. Due to this, the likelihood of this being an action of the SouthlakeDPS is high.
