According to it's Facebook page, this monolith installment is part of ACTII: INTERLOGUE---Transitioning (The Inbetween) From the Old World Order (Separation) To A New Paradigm Shift of Interdependence (Integration). This Monolith is Stage 1: Prelude of the "Crowdocracy Countdown Campaign Triad." (See "Zevin X.
